Open position: Communication Specialist

Location: Tortona (AL)

ITINERA is looking for a Communication Specialist.

The resource, dedicated to Itinera’s communication projects, will coordinate its activities with the Communications Department of the ASTM Group Head.

 MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Identify communication opportunities at headquarters and construction sites (inaugurations, achievement of milestones, project progress).
  • Represent the Focal Point of any positives/criticalities that may emerge in the management of individual orders, with a potential reputational impact on Itinera and the ASTM Group.
  • Interact with clients of major projects, in order to support communication in the area.
  • Create content (news, posts and press notes) in compliance with the Visual Identity and the Group’s multi-channel communication strategy.
  • Develop institutional presentations based on company templates.
  • Manage and update the Company’s websites, intranet and institutional social accounts.
  • Support the ASTM Communication Department Team in the management of online and off-line communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Employee Engagement campaigns, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the organization of events, internal and external, and fairs.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, also in order to identify communication and visibility opportunities in accordance with the Group’s brand awareness and reputation objectives.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in communication, marketing, humanities or economics.
  • 5/7 years of experience in communication/marketing offices of structured companies and preferably operating on commission.
  • Excellent writing ability.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular Power Point, Word and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
  • Strong predisposition to interpersonal relationships and ability to relate at different levels.
  • Simultaneous project management in a vibrant and ever-changing environment.
  • Problem solving skills. Energy and flexibility, ability to work by objectives and on time.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
