Location: Tortona
For our Tortona office we are looking for a figure of Invoice Registration Officer who, inserted within the Business Administration function and, specifically, in the Supplier Accounting office, will carry out the activities in support of the Manager, dealing with the management of invoices.
The resource will be responsible for, among others, the following activities:
- Registration of italian invoices
- Recovery of all the necessary documentation for correct registration with the construction sites
- VAT analysis
- Registration of foreign invoices
- Registration of professionals.
Requirements:
- Preferable Economics Degree or Accounting diploma
- Experience, even brief, in a similar role will be a plus
- Good knowledge of the main IT tools and in particular SAP
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Results oriented and teamwork
