Open position: Legal Specialist

Location: Tortona (AL)

For our office in Tortona (AL), we are looking for a Legal Specialist with experience in medium-sized law firms. The resource will be placed within the Legal and Contractual Department. The resource will be responsible for providing legal support to corporate functions in all phases of construction projects, ensuring the updating, dissemination, consistency and uniformity in the interpretation of Italian legislation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement, subcontracting and supply contracts.
  • Management of administrative practices related to public procurement.
  • Legal advice to corporate functions in the field of civil, commercial and administrative law, with a particular focus on the construction sector.
  • Management of the system of proxies and powers of attorney in the field of corporate governance.
  • Monitoring of sector regulations and constant updating on legislative news.
  • Support the Sales Department in setting up specific preliminary agreements (pre-bid agreements) and joint venture agreements with the partners identified for participation in the initiatives of interest.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law.
  • Qualification to practice law, even if not currently practiced.
  • 2-3 years of experience gained in a medium-sized law firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial and administrative law, with a particular focus on the construction sector.
  • Specialization in public procurement law preferred. Solid knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong result orientation and ability to work in a team
