Open position: Quantity Surveyor - France

Location: France

For one of our infrastructure projects in France, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for the measurement and valuation of works carried out directly and/or by subcontractors.

Main responsibilities

  1. Prepare Work Progress Reports (WPRs) to be submitted to Works Management for approval and for the issuance of payment certificates.
  2. Prepare Work Progress Reports for subcontractors.
  3. Review the bill of quantities and contractual requirements to optimize costs and related revenues.
  4. Prepare the necessary documentation for the approval of variations and additional work.
  5. Support the Contract Manager in preparing documentation related to claims and reserves.
  6. Prepare the Final Account of the Works.

 

Requirements

  1. Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Controller in construction companies.
  2. Knowledge of measurement and valuation of works.
  3. Diploma in Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  4. Fluent English
  5. Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
  6. Willingness to relocate.
