Open position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Milano

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our civil engineering/infrastructure construction sites.

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare the Works Progress Reports (SAL) to be sent to Construction Management for approval and issuance of the payment certificate;
  • Prepare the Works Progress Reports of subcontractors;
  • Analyse the price list and contract requirements in order to optimise costs and revenues;
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for the approval of variant or supplementary appraisals;
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager to prepare claims documentation;
  • Prepare the Final IPC (Interim Payment Certificate).

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Surveying;
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor for construction companies specialising in civil engineering projects and complex infrastructures;
  • Knowledge of work measurement and accounting systems;
  • Knowledge of the SAP application is preferable;
  • Willingness to relocate within Italy.
